The Board Block Stencil makes installing skateboard deck displays fast, accurate, and repeatable. Whether you're hanging a single board or building an entire wall of decks, this stencil lets you mark your mounting holes quickly and confidently.

Designed and made in South Jordan, Utah USA, just like all Art Deck Co. products.

Instead of measuring and re-measuring every board, the stencil system lets you mark your wall in seconds using built-in alignment lines. Simply hold the stencil to the wall, mark your mounting points, move to the next position, and repeat.

Perfect for collectors, skate shops, galleries, and anyone installing multiple Board Blocks.

How It Works

The stencil kit includes four pieces:

• 2 end caps

• 2 center side covers

All you need to add is one piece of wood to complete the stencil tool.

Use either:

• ¾" plywood – cut to 6" × 24"
  or

• 1" × 6" board – cut to 24"

Attach the stencil pieces to the board and you'll have a reusable layout tool that lets you quickly mark the correct positions for Board Blocks.

The default stencil spacing works for a 16-1/8" skateboard wheelbase.

Easy Wheelbase Adjustments

If your boards use a different wheelbase, simply adjust the length of the board you mount the stencil to.

Example:

• Wheelbase 16-1/8" → use the standard stencil length

• Wheelbase 16-1/4" → add 1/8" to the board length

This allows the stencil to work with a wide variety of decks.

Installer could keep multiple stencils, each set up for a different wheelbase, making large installs extremely fast.

Simply mark which wheelbase goes in each position on the wall, grab the corresponding stencil, and mark the holes.
